Check out Trackademicks’ appropriately titled Breeze Is The Steeze, the latest installment in LuckyMe’s ongoing (and excellent) mix series. Featuring a gang of original productions (and a thoroughly bananas instrumental built off The Smiths’ “Headmaster Ritual”), remixes and more, it’s a summer must-download. Stay tuned for more from Trackademicks very soon…
Obviously we’re biased here, but Flosstradamus and DJ Sliink (of Jersey’s Brick Bandits crew) have been making some of the coolest, craziest dance music of the moment. You’ve probably heard IAMSU without even knowing it: he’s the producer responsible for the slapping beat on “Up” by LoveRance (and on NYC radio, 50 Cent). He’s also a solo artist in his own right, and on his excellent new mixtape KILT he teams up with fellow producer/MC (and longtime FG fam) Trackademicks for the track “Clothes Shows And Afros.” Download the whole thing here.
