A-Trak + Milo & Otis "Out The Speakers" Feat. Rich Kidz Out Now

Posted on May 20th, 2014

When DJ superhero A-Trak joins forces with vanguard production duo Milo & Otis, lock up your stereo equipment… NO BASS IS SAFE. Their irresistibly anthemic collaboration “Out The Speakers” is the first official team-up from these two festival forces (following M&O’s beloved remix with Skrillex and Kill The Noise of Trizzy’s Duck Sauce single “NRG”). They slow down the BPMs to make a speaker-bursting, apartment-evicting monster constructed from screwed rap vocals from ATL’s Rich Kidz, twerked out drums, and what is perhaps mankind’s first recorded “burp drop.” If that’s not enough, festival freaks Caked Up provide a rave-ready uptempo remix, while LA duo Vindata sneak in R&B finger snaps and drum programming worthy of the So So Def Bass All-Stars. Tweeters beware!

Get Out the Speakers now on iTunes, and don’t forget to grab new A-Trak tour merch now in the FG store and catch A-Trak this month on the Gold Gone Wild tour!

Cam’ron & A-Trak "Dipsh*ts" Music Video

Posted on May 14th, 2014

A-Trak and Cam’ron are back! Summer anthem “Dipsh*ts” features uncut Cam’ron slick talk over triumphant instrumental blasts from A-Trak, Oliver and Just Blaze, a Dipset-repping Juelz Santana on the hook, and “Champagne Dame” (aka Federal Reserve executive producer Damon Dash) providing a legendary, song closing rant, complete with “Foooooooool’s Gold” shout!

This filthy cut gets the epic video it deserves thanks to director Ricky Saiz, who follows up his work for Beyonce and Supreme with another iconic clip, capturing the rugged glory and inimitable fashion sense of Harlem and the Diplomats with true uptown-meets-downtown flair. From kids in airbrushed A-Trak tees to Cam’s floor-length mink, it’s the most style you’ll see in a video all year.

Watch the video premiere on Complex now and stay tuned for more from the Federal Reserve EP (out soon on Fool’s Gold / Poppington / Dipset). Check A-Trak on the Gold Gone Wild US tour alongside Salva starting this month, including a NYC stop at Terminal 5 with a very special guest set from Cam’Ron on Saturday, May 31st. Read More

Duck Sauce "NRG" Video

Posted on Apr 23rd, 2014

Duck Sauce continue their streak of genuinely next level music videos with a clip for new single “NRG,” which just premiered on Buzzfeed. Director Dugan O’Neal and comedian Jon C. Daly (Kroll Show) take late-night infomercials to truly psychotic heights, with A-Trak and Armand Van Helden getting in on the increasingly insane action themselves. It’s the perfect visual accompaniment to Duck Sauce’s new album Quack, stuffed full of even more earworm hooks, feel-good beats, and unfiltered cosmic ridiculousness. Get it now on iTunes along with the “NRG” remixes from Skrillex, Kill The Noise, Milo & Otis and Hudson Mohawke. (There’s also a DJ friendly version of Quack on Beatport if that’s your thing.)
