Here’s the latest update from Riotland: their clockwork-like streak of remixes continues with this just leaked take on N.A.S.A.’s “N.A.S.A. Music” featuring E-40, Method Man, and DJ Swamp, they start a US tour with MSTRKRFT next weekend (check all the tourdates here, including a handful with labelmate Congorock), and to top it off they were added to the 2008 I Love Techno lineup and will be rocking alongside Boys Noize, Crookers, the Ed Banger Allstars, Audion, Richie Hawtin, Underworld and more in Ghent, Belgium this November. The Hard LA festival goes down this Saturday (7.19) at the Shrine Expo Center in LA. LA Riots have a fresh mix up for the dog days of July, featuring some new joints (A-Trak and Laidback Luke!) and vintage favorites. Quoth Daniel: “We were asked to do a mix for The Crystal Method’s Radio show on Indie 103.1 but I went a bit too housey/progressive with it towards the end and decided to make a new one for them.. this is the version that isnt going to air.
