This year Fool’s Gold’s very own festival expands to ticketed venues in Brooklyn, Toronto, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Miami, featuring a full day of the best in hip-hop and dance music from the label fam and beyond! We’re kicking things off in BK on September 1st with our most epic Labor Day lineup yet. FG hip-hop heavyweight Danny Brown, reigning NY street rap emperor French Montana, MPC maestro Araabmuzik, hard knock legends The Lox, future bass ambassadors Brenmar, Hoodboi and Shash’U, the coolest collection of new hip-hop heroes from World’s Fair to Yung Gleesh, and many, many more. The Gold Gone Wild Tour kicked off with A-Trak and Salva (check pics out on the GGW Tumblr) and will be hitting a city near you these next 3 weeks. For all of you in Chicago this weekend in search of #PLUR at Spring Awakening, come to the Fool’s Gold vs. OWSLA stage Friday 6/13 to catch A-Trak, Nick Catchdubs, Oliver and gLAdiator (and more fam like Tchami throughout the weekend). Meanwhile, free spirits down at Bonnaroo can turn up with Danny Brown and get funky with Chromeo. This weekend also kicks off NXNE up in Toronto, where you can catch Danny Brown, 100s and Run The Jewels along with some Tim Hortons, while the World’s Fair & Two-9 “Cross Faded Tour” continues up and down the East Coast. World’s Fair And Two-9 kicked off their Cross Faded Tour last night in Philly and will make their way up the East coast this June before heading off to Europe. The World’s Fair crew drops a new track “Uh Huh” featuring Cody B. Ware and Prince Samo. It a full out summer time jam just in time for all your stoop hangs in the heat. For this year’s edition, we’ve got the debut live performance of Low Pros (aka A-Trak and Lex Luger) with crazy special guests including Migos, Travi$ Scott, and Que, 100s, Black Atlass, Nick Catchdubs, gLAdiator, World’s Fair, Treasure Fingers, GrandeMarshall, DaVinci & Sweet Valley, Smalltown DJs and more. It all goes down on Friday, 3/14 at Empire Garage (606 E. 7th St) in Austin, TX as part of the Austin Party Weekend series of trailblazing label showcases. We celebrated six years of Fool’s Gold-ing with another legendary anniversary celebration last month, bringing a gang of friends and fam deep into Brooklyn to rock at SRB. The one and only Juvenile shut it down in true Nolia fashion, alongside Bodega Bamz (with Flatbush Zombies and some awesome PR / DR flags), World’s Fair, Brenmar, Nick Catchdubs, Party Supplies, GrandeMarshall, High Klassified, and surprise guests YG, Chinx Drugz and Rich Da Kid.
