Sammy Bananas and Maggie Horn of Telephoned have made a name for themselves with unique, not-quite-cover songs and ecstatic live performances. They’ll put both those elements on display tomorrow night (2/8) for the debut edition of Switchboard, their new party at the Ace Hotel in NYC in conjunction with the good peoples of Good Peoples.
It’s a “night of musical transposition,” featuring thematically-appropriate sets from Sammy, Nick Catchdubs and Eli Escobar, along with live performances from Telephoned and special guest Shyvonne (who’ve you heard as the voice of “Mind Reader” and more).
