Next Tuesday (10/25) A-Trak, DJ Premier, Stretch Armstrong and the X-Ecutioners will get together at Brooklyn Bowl to pay tribute to the life of their beloved friend and fellow DJ, Grand Master Roc Raida. Suffice it to say, this is a night that is not to be missed. Get your tickets now, all proceeds will benefit Roc Raida’s family. It’s a celebration, beeeeches. We’re four! And like we do every year around this time, we’re throwing a party to commemorate another year of label-dom. The Fool’s Gold 4 Year Anniversary party is going down Saturday, October 22nd at Tribeca Grand in NYC. Mehdi was without a doubt like a brother to me, a friend well beyond our music ties, a kindred spirit and someone who played an irreplaceable and constant role in my life.
