Giraffage Announces North American Tour + New Track “Chocolate”

Giraffage is making waves with his debut Fool’s Gold EP No Reason, out next Tuesday (11/18). After premiering “Be With You” (currently downloaded over 1 million times on the Fool’s Gold Draft Picks BitTorrent bundle) and “Tell Me,” his latest EP teaser “Chocolate” can be heard today for the first time on vogue.com. Pre-order the full No Reason EP on iTunes now to get “Chocolate” and more before the full release.

Hot off a massive tour with Porter Robinson this past summer and a series of intimate “Bay Area Takeover” hometown shows earlier this month, Giraffage will start 2015 with a bang by taking his No Reason tracks on the road for a headlining tour along with Spazzkid and Pomo. Giraffage Joins Fool’s Gold

San Francisco producer Charlie Yin has made quite a name for himself turning bedroom beats into dance floor staples as Giraffage. His beloved R&B remixes and vibe-laden solo tracks have won early praise from Pitchfork, The Fader, XLR8R and other tastemakers, all while he seals the deal live with lush, bass-driven performances at Low End Theory, Boiler Room and gigs around the globe.

Giraffage is poised for even bigger things with an expansive new EP out later this year on Fool’s Gold, and he’ll be showcasing these brand-new tracks and more on Porter Robinson’s “Worlds” tour of North America, kicking off August 28th in Vancouver and stretching through October 18th in Miami (dates after the jump).
