World Famous Beat Junkie J Rocc is a master of the mix (and A-Trak’s actual favorite DJ). For this month’s installment of Fool’s Gold Radio, the celebrated DJ digs into his personal stash of stems and edits, performing surgery on timeless classics by De La Soul, Kraftwerk and J Dilla in a way that only he can. Listen here.
Cosmo Baker is the DJ’s DJ, a veteran with deep crates and the skills to rock any function. It’s an honor to welcome him to Fool’s Gold’s Apple Music monthly mix series, as he serves up a chunky heap of disco, soul and house for the ages. Listen here.

Absolutely loved kicking off our 2023 residency at Public Records with our cofounders A-Trak & Nick Catchdubs on the decks all night. Best sound system in the city, hands down. Stay tuned for more 15th anniversary celebrations for the Fools, and peep photos below.
We’ve been in the lab, with a pen and a pad, plotting on a new Apple Music DJ Mix series with some of our favorite Fool’s Gold friends and family. Who better to kick off the monthly mixes than beat master and underground legend, Nicholas Craven. The Montreal don blessed us with a neck-snapping hour of banging hip hop. Check it out here.
We couldn’t be more excited to announce that South African producer, singer, songwriter, and DJ Muzi has joined the Fool’s Gold family. We were bumping his 2021 album Interblaktic all through the pandemic — an album that was praised for combining aspects of Afrofuturism alongside Afrobeats, hip-hop, kwaito, and 80s electronic music.
Muzi has received press in Spin, Forbes, Vice, and more. With four studio albums since his debut in 2016, Muzi continues to progress sonically with each album, combining his influences and creativity into cohesive projects that have captured the attention of some of the biggest artists in the world. Can’t wait to share his new Fool’s Gold output with the world.
