Leaf, Lil Yachty, and a gang of girlfriends from her MBM (Magnet Bitch Movement) crew bounce through a technicolor NYC in the new video for “Nada” (directed by Matt Cohen / Itsbongoboy®). It’s more than just a night out… as Leaf puts it, “this video is about all types of women in New York coming together. You don’t have to be any specific type of girl to be part of MBM. Just be independent – ‘a woman who can provide,’ as Yachty states – and haters can’t say anything to you.” Pull up the jeep and join them!
Leaf continues to make moves while her haters do “Nada.” The young Fool’s Gold / RPM MSC starlet continues to boss up with single after single, this time flexing with ATL’s Lil Yachty on a melodically icy, Henny-smooth collaboration. Get on this wave early…
Brooklyn’s own Fool’s Gold Records takes their annual DAY OFF extravaganza cross country once again, closing out this year’s series of festival events with an all-day party on Sunday, September 25th at Shrine LA Outdoors.
Mac Miller headlines his first Los Angeles show of the year alongside G.O.O.D. Music president (and Clipse legend) Pusha T and FG’s own A-Trak, who’s hitting the decks with an “…and friends” guestlist that always amazes. DAY OFF LA will also feature upstart ATL phenom MADEINTYO, Fool’s Gold’s buzzy young R&B star Black Atlass, and the label’s resident DJ killers Madeaux, Kittens and Nick Catchdubs. And of course, you know it wouldn’t be a DAY OFF without a gang of surprises on deck…
This LA event caps a massive summer of DAY OFF shows for Fool’s Gold, including a New York event at the 34th St Helipad on 8/20 headlined by Migos and Juelz Santana, and a Miami blowout at Soho Studios on 9/17 with Joey Bada$$ and Hudson Mohawke topping a full day of performances from FG signees and some of the world’s most exciting new DJs and MCs.
