Non Phixion In-Store Signing Thursday 6/5

Non Phixion tagged their name in the hip-hop history books with the drippy marker of an underground classic that is 2002’s The Future Is Now. They’ve been Fool’s Gold fam long before Fool’s Gold even existed (did you know that a pre-Chromeo Dave-1 produced “Cult Leader” and A-Trak scratched on it?) so we’re proud to host an in-store signing this Thursday (6/5) for the crazy new “premium edition” box set reissue of the album. Come to our Brooklyn store from 5-7pm to meet Ill Bill and DJ Eclipse and get your signed copy of The Future Is Now. Fool’s Gold is the ONLY physical retail store to carry the premium edition, and we’ll also be running a raffle to purchase one of 10 commercially-unavailable clear vinyl copies. Don’t miss it!

This Thursday (12/12) Fool’s Gold is proud to present our latest Artist Series opening, “Smart Fools,” a highly anticipated group exhibition featuring NYC’s own Smart Crew. Founded in 1997 by a group of high school friends in Queens, Smart Crew has evolved from a NYC-based graffiti crew into a diverse collective of international artists based in New York. Over the years, many of the members have branched out from their graffiti roots into alternate art forms including music, fashion, design and photography.
