Just in time for jacket-ditching weather, Ohio newcomer tshawntrusst drops a video for his breezy Fool’s Gold single, “I’m That N***a.” The charming clip from Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa director Austin Vesely captures tshawntrusst’s unassuming everyman swag in all its glory, with a crisp simplicity that lets the song’s own hypnotic catchiness (and an awesomely sock-ed dancer) take center stage. Runnin thru TX with our woes! The 2015 edition of our annual FG Austin SXSW showcase brought a gang of new faces to the forefront along with the tried and true party vibes we’re known for. With A-Trak serving as master of ceremonies, we brought out Rome Fortune, Bosco, Leaf, Athletixx (Hoodboi, Falcons, Kittens and Promnite), Brenmar feat Dougie F and UNiiQU3, TM88, Fetty Wap, Fame School feat Manolo Rose, Manman Savage, Post Malone, Chuck Inglish, Nick Catchdubs, Shash’U, Grande Marshall, Bames… even Korea’s own Keith Ape got in on the action! Limited Cash RFC Artist Series Items Online

As a special bonus for his Fool’s Gold Artist Series photo exhibition, NYC graf institution Cash RFC painted a van we parked outside our Brooklyn store for the opening night party. Low Pros “Who Wanna Play” feat. Que

After making waves with their debut Fool’s Gold EP last spring, Low Pros, the production supergroup led by DJ hero A-Trak (currently riding high with Billboard Top 10 Dance/Electronic smash “Out The Speakers,” featured in Mountain Dew’s Superbowl commercial) and trap architect Lex Luger returns with the new single “Who Wanna Play.” ATL upstart Que (“OG Bobby Johnson”) barks anthemic bars over a thumping, BPM flipping beat that A-Trak and Lex cooked up with Atlanta’s reigning beatsmiths Metro Boomin and Sonny Digital (Young Thug, Makonnen, Travi$ Scott) and bass maven Brillz, setting the tempo for 2015 and beyond. The accompanying music video from Kanye West collaborator Nate Brown and Gustavo “Kidmograph” Torres is just as next level, re-imagining sci-fi classics like Blade Runner, Akira, and Mad Max for the WorldStar generation.
