Madeaux is one of electronic music’s boldest upcoming acts, seamlessly weaving together unique takes on dance, hip-hop, and more. ManMan Savage is ATL’s resident turn up god, with energy levels unmatched by his contemporaries. Solo, they’re two of Fool’s Gold’s rising superstars. Together, they’re a club music supercollider, responsible for two of the year’s coolest hip-hop hybrids on their new Pull Up EP. Madeaux brings out a melodic new side of ManMan, while the young Savage turns industrial drum tracks into hypnotically catchy anthems, equally at home in the strip club or on the festival stage.

DAY OFF LA Lineup + Venues Announced

Brooklyn’s own Fool’s Gold Records takes their annual DAY OFF extravaganza cross country once again, closing out this year’s series of festival events with an all-day party on Sunday, September 25th at Shrine LA Outdoors.

Mac Miller headlines his first Los Angeles show of the year alongside G.O.O.D. Music president (and Clipse legend) Pusha T and FG’s own A-Trak, who’s hitting the decks with an “…and friends” guestlist that always amazes. DAY OFF LA will also feature upstart ATL phenom MADEINTYO, Fool’s Gold’s buzzy young R&B star Black Atlass, and the label’s resident DJ killers Madeaux, Kittens and Nick Catchdubs. And of course, you know it wouldn’t be a DAY OFF without a gang of surprises on deck…

This LA event caps a massive summer of DAY OFF shows for Fool’s Gold, including a New York event at the 34th St Helipad on 8/20 headlined by Migos and Juelz Santana, and a Miami blowout at Soho Studios on 9/17 with Joey Bada$$ and Hudson Mohawke topping a full day of performances from FG signees and some of the world’s most exciting new DJs and MCs. The “Gold Gone Wild” Tour Returns

Fool’s Gold is an army! The beloved Brooklyn imprint is more than just a record label, but a coalition of guerrilla DJs and like-minded party people. With FG’s new Night Shift compilation serving as their explosive mission statement, these midnight marauders will take their sound on the road for the annual “Gold Gone Wild” North American club tour, kicking off 5/5 in Denver, CO.

Madeaux “Kill For Me” Video

Dancing diamonds and hypercolor predators clash in the glitchy and beautiful new video for Madeaux’ “Kill For Me,” taken from his debut Fool’s Gold EP New Wav. Director Yoshi Sodeoka (Tame Impala, Yeasayer) creates a moody virtual world for Madeaux’ haunting melodies and thumping drum tracks to run wild, setting a tone for the LA producer’s signature take on modern day dance music.
